PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (“Indofood” or “Company”) today held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) and obtained the approval for all the proposed resolutions.
The shareholders approved among others :
- The Board of Directors’ Report on the activities and financial results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2010.
- Dividend payout of Rp133 per share to be paid on 9 August 2011.
- The resignation of Mr. Albert del Rosario as a member of the Board of Commissioner of the Company effectively on March 25, 2011, with appreciation and gratitude for his valuable contribution and services to the Company. In the absence of a replacement recommendation for Mr. Albert del Rosario from Company shareholders, the composition of the Company Board of Commissioners is as follows:
