Edward A. Tortorici

Commissioner

Mr. Tortorici, 78, a US citizen, was appointed a Commissioner of Indofood based on the resolution of the AGM in 2001 and re-elected in 2004, 2009, 2012 and 2015. He concurrently serves as Executive Director of First Pacific Company Limited (1987 – present), Director of MPIC, Philex Mining Corporation, FPM Power Holdings Limited, FEC Resources Inc. of Canada, and the AIM-listed Forum Energy Plc. He founded EA Edwards Associates, and is a Trustee of the Asia Society Philippines, Adviser to IdeaSpace Foundation, Director of Jeti Investments, Advisory Board Member of the Southeast Asia Division of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and Commissioner of the US-ASEAN Strategy Commission. Previously, he was Corporate Vice President of Crocker Bank, and Managing Director of Olivetti Corporation of America and Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University in 1967 and a Master of Science degree from Fairfield University in 1971. In 2017, he participated in training programs, workshops and seminars including “Charting the Digital Age, its Risks and Strategies, through Governance, and a Responsive Corporate Culture” held on 07 September 2017; and “Board Evaluation” on 12 December 2017.

He has no affiliation with the members of the BOC or BOD, but is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.
