Mr. Taufik Wiraatmadja, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as a Director based on the resolutions of the AGM in 2004 with the latest reappointment in 2021. He is responsible for the Company’s Noodles Division and Culinary Products Unit Operation. He concurrently serves as Director of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (2009-present) and Commissioner of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (2015-present).
Mr. Taufik Wiraatmadja obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Technology from the Bogor Institute of Agriculture in 1981, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the GS Fame Institute of Business in 1988.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOD, BOC or the substantial shareholder of the Company.
