Mr. Timotius, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed by the BOC as member of the Audit Committee as stated in the resolution of the BOC dated 11 November 2021. He is serving his second period in the current Audit Committee term, and is concurrently an Independent Commissioner and Chairman of Audit Committee at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (2019-present), a member of Audit Committee at PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk (2020-present) and PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (2021-present), and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at University of Indonesia since 1992.
Mr. Timotius has served as Independent Commissioner at PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (2018-2019), Accounting Finance Manager (1980-1989) and Director (1990-1996) at PT Moritas Agrobi, Director at PT Suprawira Finance (1996-1998) and Commissioner at PT Kharisma Valas Indonesia (1998-2008).
He obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Management from the University of Indonesia in 1984, a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Indonesia in 1992, a Master of International Management from the University of Indonesia in 1990 and a Doctor of Agriculture Economics from the Bogor Institute of Agriculture in 2000.
