Malang is the fifth and final city of the launch of Supermi Go. As such, Malang was given the honour to be the host for the Grand Final of 1st Supermi Soccer competition. The soccer event was held at Lapangan Rampal.
On the final day, winning soccer teams from Palembang, Yogyakarta, Bandung and the winning team from Malang compete for the Supermi Soccer Trophy. The team from Malang emerged victorious as the winner of the 1st Supermi Soccer competition with a total prize of Rp 20 million.
With the holy month of Ramadhan just 2 days away, a bazaar of Indofood products was also held at Lapangan Rampal, selling daily necessities and festive goods at bargain prices.
Thousands of Malang residents came to the location to purchase some Indofood products and also to watch the soccer games. Lucky attendees also received invitation coupons to sample the new Supermi GoBang, GoKar, GoSo. 5000 portions of ready-to-eat Supermi Go were provided courtesy of Indofood Noodle Surabaya.
After the Adzan Maghrib break, De Cross (a favourite local band) and Jikustik entertained the 20,000 attendees till late at night.
