Ingredients : 200 g Cap 3 Ayam noodle 2 leaves Chinese cabbage cut 1 leaves Cauliflower, thinly sliced. 100 g chicken fillet, boiled then shredded 350 ml chicken stock 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoon cooking oil MSG to taste Seasoning: 5 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon fine pepper Salt to taste Condiments: 1 tablespoon fried onion Soy sauce chilli Directions : Boil Cap 3 Ayam noodle until the noodle is soft, drain and set aside. Heat Bimoli special cooking oil and stir fry seasoning until fragrant. Add shredded chicken fillet and mix with Indofood sweet soy sauce and soy sauce. Pour chicken stock and cook to boil. Add Chinese cabbage and cauliflower, cook until the vegetable softened. Add the cooked Cap 3 Ayam noodle, serve warm with condiments. Serving suggestion: You can add scrambled egg to the recipe: whisk 1 egg and add while stir frying the seasoning.
