Soup Susu Udang Dengan Cocciolini La Fonte
Pasta

Ingredients :
 

150 g La Fonte Cocciolini, boiled
700 g stock
250 ml evaporated milk
100 g cheese
3 cloves minced garlic
4 shallot, minced
300 g fresh shrimp, peeled and de-veined.
2 tomatoes, seeds removed, and then diced.
7 fish meatballs, diced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
4 tablespoons Bimoli Spesial Cooking Oil
 

 
 
Directions :
 

Heat Bimoli Special cooking oil, and then stir fry shallot and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add shrimp, fish meatball, soy sauce, pepper, salt, and sugar
3. Add tomato, cheese and stock.
4. Continue cooking, and then add evaporated milk and La Fonte Cocciolini. Continue until all the ingredients are fully cooked then sprinkle minced parsley.
5. Serve hot

(Fish meatball may be replaced with meatball or sausages)
