Cocciolini Sambal Santan

Ingredients :
 
250 g La Fonte Cocciolini, boiled
1 small Chinese tofu diced, half cooked.
150 g green beans cut into 2 cm length
200 g medium size shrimp, peeled and de-veined.
15 Red small peppers
2 Spring onions, cut into 2 cm length
2 Tomatoes, divide into 8 pieces
10 Petai, divide into 3 part
750 ml coconut milk with medium thickness
5 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
4 tablespoons Bimoli Spesial Cooking Oil
 
 
 
Ground seasoning:
4 Red peppers
1 Tomato
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
3 pieces candlenut
 
 
 
Directions :
 

Heat Bimoli Spesial cooking oil, then stir fry shallot and garlic until fragrant
Add ground seasoning, petai, shrimps salt and sugar until the shrimp change color.
Add green beans, spring onion, red small pepper, tofu and tomato. Add cocciolini
Keep stirring until all the spice and the ingredients are well blended.
Remove and serve hot.
