Dadar Strawberry Saos Frambozen

Strawberry Filling :
225 g cream cheese
40 g Sugar
2 g Vanilla Powder
250 g fresh strawberry, each cut into for pieces |

Frambozen Sauce:
150 ml Indofood Frambozen Syrup
200 ml Water
20 g Strawberry Jam
10 g Cornstarch flour, diluted with a bit of water.

Pancakes: Mix all pancake ingredients into one dough, mix well until all the sugar blends in and the dough become softer. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Heat round 14 cm diameter pancake pan over medium fire, greased thinly with margarine. Pour 1 scoop of dough into the pan. Smooth the dough to cover the whole pan area, leave to cook then set aside. Repeat the process until all the dough is used.

Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla powder. Whisk it until the cream become soft. Add sliced strawberry, mix well then set aside.

Heat up oven to 180oC; prepare a pan greased thinly with margarine. Take one pancake, put one tablespoon of filling on the center of the dough, then envelope fold the pancakes. Repeat the process until all pancakes and filling are used up.

Arrange the pancake rolls on the pan, heat it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

Frambozen Sauce: Mix Indofood Frambozen Syrup, water and strawberry jam into a cooking pot. Cook over medium fire, bring to a boil. Add diluted cornstarch then heat it up again to boil. Lift then set aside.

Arrange pancake into serving plate; pour the sauce over the pancakes.

Serve warm.
