MIE TOFU
Noodle

Ingredients :
 
150 g Yellow pack Cap 3 Ayam Noodle, boiled
3 tablespoon Bimoli Special cooking oil
2 tablespoon Indofood soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 onion, minced
§ tofu, fried
50 g Shiitake mushroom
§ 2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 knuckles ginger, finely sliced
350 ml water
2 sprigs spring onion, coarsely sliced
 
 
Directions :
 

Stir fry garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add tofu, Shitake mushroom and beaten egg, mix well.
Add pepper, salt, ginger and water. Wait until comes to a boil.
Add Cap 3 Ayam noodle, spring onion, and soy sauce. Stir until the soy sauce blends well.
Serve while hot.

 

Tips :
Cut tofu just before deep frying to prevent tofu from sticking to the pan and getting ruined.
If you don’t like ginger, you can replace with ginger juice.
