Sate Mie (Noodle Satay)

250 g ground chicken
200 g red pack Cap 3 Ayam noodle, boiled
1 carrot, coarsely grated
100 ml Indomilk fresh milk
2 sprigs spring onion, coarsely sliced
1 tablespoon fine pepper
1 teaspoon fine nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
Bimoli Special cooking oil to fry.
1 piece cucumber
cherry tomatoes
Indofood Soy sauce
Indofood Tomato sauce

| Directions: |

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour the dough into a 20x20x5 cm cooking pan covered plastic and spread with cooking oil. Steam for 20 minutes, and then let it cool before cutting it to square satay pieces. Heat some cooking oil, dip satay pieces into beaten egg then fry.
Skewer satay with cherry tomatoes and cucumber cutlet in between.
Serve with Indofood soy sauce and Indofood tomato sauce. |

Tips
If there’s some left over from the steamed dough, store it in the freezer by wrapping it with aluminum foil food wrapper.
If you would like to cook it again, get the left over from the freezer and set aside for a while. Cut into cutlets and dip it in whisked egg mixture before frying. |
