Cordon Blue Mie (Noodle Cordon Blue)
Noodle

Ingredients :
 
200 g Orange pack Cap 3 Ayam noodle, boiled
4 fillet chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon oregano
4 pcs cheese
2 eggs, beaten
500 g breadcrumbs
Bimoli Spesial cooking oil for frying.
 
 

Sauce :
1 tablespoon Simas Palmia margarine
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 onion, minced
50 g Champignon cut in halves.
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon Maggi powdered stock
50 ml Indomilk Fresh Milk.
 

 
 
Condiments:
1 Carrot, julienned then boiled
1 Green beans, julienned, then boiled
Indofood Chili Sauce
Indofood Tomato Sauce
 
 
Directions :
 

Pound chicken to soften and flatten it, then season the meat with pepper, salt, and oregano.
Spread the chicken breast and arrange Cap 3 Ayam noodle, cheese on top of the chicken. Roll the chicken meat and fold it with toothpick. And you have your Cordon Blue
Dip the Cordon Blue in beaten egg and roll it on breadcrumbs. Repeat this process for the whole Cordon Blue.
Heat up cooking oil for deep frying. Deep fry the all Cordon Blue until rich brown in color.
Serve with sauce and other condiments

 

Sauce:
Heat margarine, then stir fry onions and margarine until fragrant.
Add Champignon mushroom, pepper, salt, stock powder and add Indomilk Fresh Milk. Stir well until boiled. Pick it up and it’s ready to serve.

 

Tips:
Trim all the fat on the chicken breast. Parboil the Cap 3 Ayam noodle so the noodle can add texture to your Noodle Cordon Blue
