Ingredients : 300 g sliced tuna fillet 2 tablespoons MAGGI SEASONING 3 cloves garlic, coarsely minced 10 pieces small pepper 1 piece green onion, thinly sliced 4 tablespoons bottled soypaste 2 tablespoons Indofood Sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoons Bimoli Spesial cooking oil Directions : Marinate tuna with MAGGI seasoning and leave it for 15 minutes. Drain the tuna and fry until half cooked. Heat up oil and stir fry garlic. After the garlic is fragrant, add small peppers and spring onion. Fry till ingredients are fragrant Add soy paste and Indofood Sweet Soy sauce. Stir the ingredients well. Add the half cooked tuna into the pan. Cook until the tuna is totally soaked in the sauce and fully done. Remove from the stove Serve while hot.
