Ayam crispy bumbu mayonnaise (Crispy Chicken Mayonnaise)

500 gr chicken fillet, thinly sliced |

2 cloves garlic, finely minced |
 |
Salt and pepper, to taste |
 |
2 eggs |
 |
50 ml Indomilk fresh milk |
 |
300 gr Wheat flour Lencana Merah (Low protein) |
 |
Bimoli Special cooking oil, for frying |

| Sauce: |
 |
100 ml mayonnaise |

 |
1 tsp sugar |
|
 |
1 tsp pepper |
|
 |
1 tsp lemon juice |
|
 |
1 tsp parsley, chopped |
|

| Cooking Direction: |
| |
 |
Coat chicken with garlic, salt and pepper, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes until well seasoned. |

Beat egg with milk for egg wash, dip the chicken into egg wash, and then dredge in the flour, repeat the process twice. |

Heat Bimoli Special, fry chicken until done and golden brown, remove and drain. |

Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, pepper, lemon juice. |
 |
Serve fried chicken with mayonnaise and chopped parsley for garnish. |
