2 tbs Bimoli Special cooking oil |

1 onion, thinly sliced |
 |
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced |
 |
100 gr shrimp, peeled |
 |
250 gr broccoli, cut into florets |
 |
1 red paprika, thinly sliced |
 |
3 tbs oyster sauce |
 |
Salt, sugar and pepper, to taste |

| Cooking direction : |

Heat Bimoli Special, stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant. |
 |
Add shrimp, the broccoli and paprika, mix well. |
 |
Add the oyster sauce, salt, sugar and pepper, cook to boil. |
 |
Remove from heat and serve immediately. |
