Sup buntut goreng (Fried oxtail soup)

500 gr oxtail |

2,5 liter water to boil |
 |
700 ml Bimoli Special cooking oil |
 |
1, 2-cm length ginger, crushed |
 |
1 stalk green onion, cut into 1 cm long |
 |
1 stalk celery, tie into knot |
 |
2 carrots, cut into 1 cm long pieces |
 |
2 potatoes, cut into 1 cm long pieces |
 |
Salt, to taste |
 |
1 tomato, cut into pieces |

| Seasoning: |
 |
1 tbs Bimoli Special cooking oil |

 |
5 shallots |
|
 |
3 cloves garlic |
|
 |
¼ nutmeg, crushed |
|
 |
2 tsp pepper |
|

| Cooking Direction: |
| |
 |
Boil oxtail in salted water until tender. Remove oxtail then set aside the broth. |
 |
Heat Bimoli Special, fry oxtail until golden brown. Remove and drain. |
 |
Heat 1 tbs Bimoli Special, stir fry seasoning, ginger and green onion until fragrant. |
 |
Add the stir fried seasoning into the broth, add the celery. Cook to boil. |
 |
Add carrot, potato and oxtail, add the salt. Cook until done then add the tomato right before removing from heat. Remove and serve immediately. |
