400 gr soft shelled crab |

Salt and pepper, to taste |

5 cloves garlic, finely minced |
 |
600 ml Bimoli Special cooking oil |

| Sauce: |
 |
2 tbs Bimoli Special cooking oil |

 |
1 onion, finely sliced |
|
 |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
|
 |
5 tbs oyster sauce |
|
 |
2 tbs Indofood tomato sauce |
|
 |
1 tsp black pepper, roughly crushed |
|
 |
Salt, to taste |

 |
100 ml water |
|
 |
1 tsp sugar |

| Cooking Direction: |

 |
Thrououghly clean soft shelled crab, boil until it changes color. Remove and drain. |

Heat Bimoli Special, fry crab until crispy, remove and drain. |
 |
Sauce: Heat 2 tbs Bimoli Special, stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant. Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, water, sugar, salt and black pepper, cook until sauce is boiling and has thickened. |

Placed soft shelled crab on serving platter and pour the sauce on top. |
