Kepiting soka goreng tiram (Oyster Sauce Soft Shelled Crab)

Ingredients:
 
400 gr soft shelled crab  
Salt and pepper, to taste
5 cloves garlic, finely minced
600 ml Bimoli Special cooking oil
 
Sauce:
2 tbs Bimoli Special cooking oil  
1 onion, finely sliced  
2 cloves garlic, crushed  
5 tbs oyster sauce  
2 tbs Indofood tomato sauce  
1 tsp black pepper, roughly crushed  
Salt, to taste  
100 ml water  
1 tsp sugar  
 
 
Cooking Direction:
 
Thrououghly clean soft shelled crab, boil until it changes color. Remove and drain.
Heat Bimoli Special, fry crab until crispy, remove and drain.
Sauce: Heat 2 tbs Bimoli Special, stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant. Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, water, sugar, salt and black pepper, cook until sauce is boiling and has thickened.
Placed soft shelled crab on serving platter and pour the sauce on top.
 
Yield: 3 servings
