Jamur goreng nanas (Fried pineapple mushroom)

Ingredients:
 
300 gr shiitake mushroom, cleaned  
150 gr seasoning flour
1 egg, beaten
Bimoli Special cooking oil
 
Sauce:
2 tbs Bimoli Special cooking oil  
½ onion, finely minced  
2 cloves garlic, crushed  
150 ml Indofood Bangkok Chilli sauce  
100 gr pineapple, cut into small triangular pieces  
50 gr green peas  
Salt and sugar, to taste  
 
 
Cooking Direction:
 
Dip shiitake mushroom into egg then dredge in the seasoning flour, repeat process twice.
Heat Bimoli Special, fry mushroom until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain.
Sauce: Heat 2 tbs Bimoli Special, stir fry onion and garlic until fragrant.
Combine Indofood Bangkok Chilli sauce, salt and sugar, mix well. Add pineapple and green peas, let simmer for few minutes, and then remove from heat.
Serve mushroom with the sauce.
 
Yield: 3 servings
