Jamur goreng nanas (Fried pineapple mushroom)

300 gr shiitake mushroom, cleaned |
|

 |
150 gr seasoning flour |
 |
1 egg, beaten |
 |
Bimoli Special cooking oil |
| |
| Sauce: |
 |
2 tbs Bimoli Special cooking oil |
|
 |
½ onion, finely minced |
|
 |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
|
 |
150 ml Indofood Bangkok Chilli sauce |
|
 |
100 gr pineapple, cut into small triangular pieces |
|
 |
50 gr green peas |
|
 |
Salt and sugar, to taste |

| Cooking Direction: |

 |
Dip shiitake mushroom into egg then dredge in the seasoning flour, repeat process twice. |

Heat Bimoli Special, fry mushroom until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain. |
 |
Sauce: Heat 2 tbs Bimoli Special, stir fry onion and garlic until fragrant. |
 |
Combine Indofood Bangkok Chilli sauce, salt and sugar, mix well. Add pineapple and green peas, let simmer for few minutes, and then remove from heat. |
 |
Serve mushroom with the sauce. |
