500 gr beef tenderloin, cubed |

500 gr Bimoli Special cooking oil |

300 ml coconut cream |
 |
3 lime leaves |
 |
2 bay leaves |

| Ground seasoning: |

10 green chilis |

 |
5 shallots |
|
 |
2 cloves garlic |
|
 |
1 (2-cm) length ginger |
|
 |
1 tsp nutmeg |

| Cooking Direction: |

Heat Bimoli Special, fry the beef until the color changed. Remove and set aside. |

Heat 3 tbs Bimoli Special, stir-fry ground seasoning until fragrant, add the lime leaves and bay leaves. |

Add the fried tenderloin, mix well. |
 |
Add the coconut milk, and let simmer for 25 minutes until thickened. |
