Daging masak cabe hijau (Stir fried shrimp and broccoli)

Ingredients:
 
500 gr beef tenderloin, cubed  
500 gr Bimoli Special cooking oil
300 ml coconut cream
3 lime leaves
2 bay leaves
 
Ground seasoning:
10 green chilis  
5 shallots  
2 cloves garlic  
1 (2-cm) length ginger  
1 tsp nutmeg  
 
 
Cooking Direction:
 
Heat Bimoli Special, fry the beef until the color changed. Remove and set aside.
Heat 3 tbs Bimoli Special, stir-fry ground seasoning until fragrant, add the lime leaves and bay leaves.
Add the fried tenderloin, mix well.
Add the coconut milk, and let simmer for 25 minutes until thickened.
 
Yield: 5 servings
