300 g Tempeh cut into 1 cm square then fry until golden brown
3 cloves of garlic, minced
4 green peppers, thinly sliced on a bias
2 slices of ginger, crushed
2 slices of galangal, crushed
3 tablespoon Indofood Soy Sauce
1 piece Tamarind
Salt and palm sugar to taste
50 ml Water |

Stir fry garlic, green pepper, galangal, and ginger until fragrant.
Stir until all the ingredients change color, add tempeh, Indofood Soy Sauce, tamarind, sugar and water.
Stir fry until cooked through, and ready to serve. |
