Mrs. Elly Betty, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as a Director of Indofood based on the resolution of the AGM in 2021. She does not have any concurrent role as a Director, Commissioner or Committee Member in other public companies. Prior to Indofood, she was the General Manager of Strategic Planning at PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia (2003-2004) and a Financial Analyst at PT Aspirasi Darma Nusa (1999-2003).
Mrs. Elly Betty earned her Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Trisakti University in 1993. She obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from the IPMI International Business School/Monash University in 1997, and was conferred the designation of a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder in 2001.
She has no affiliation with the members of the BOD, BOC or the substantial shareholder of the Company.
