Mr. Taufik Wiraatmadja, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as a Director based on the resolutions of the AGM in 2004 with the latest reappointment in 2024. He is responsible for the Company’s Noodles Division and Culinary Products Unit Operations. He concurrently serves as Director of ICBP (2009-present) and Commissioner of SIMP (2015-present).
Mr. Taufik Wiraatmadja obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Technology from the Bogor Institute of Agriculture in 1981, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the GS Fame Institute of Business in 1988.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOD, BOC or the substantial shareholder of the Company.
