Ms. Amelia Setiawan, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed by the BOC as a member of the AC as stated in the resolution of the BOC dated 16 December 2024. She is serving her second period in the current AC term, and is concurrently an Independent Commissioner, the Chairwoman of AC and the Chairwoman of NRC at LSIP (2025-present), a member of AC at ICBP (2022-present), a member of AC at PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (2022-present) and a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at Parahyangan Catholic University since 2000.
She obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1999, a Master of Accounting from the University of Indonesia in 2006 and a Doctorate of Economics from Parahyangan Catholic University in 2016
