Ms. Amelia Setiawan, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed by the BOC as member of the Audit Committee as stated in the resolution of the BOC dated 11 November 2021. She is serving her first period in the current Audit Committee term, and is concurrently a member of Audit Committee at PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (2022-present) and PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (2022-present), and a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at Parahyangan Catholic University since 2000.
She obtained a Bachelor of Economy in Accounting from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1999, a Master of Accounting from the University of Indonesia in 2006 and a Doctor of Economics from Parahyangan Catholic University in 2016.
