Mr. Franciscus Welirang, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as a Director of Indofood based on the resolution of the AGM in 1995 with the latest reappointment in 2024. He heads the Bogasari Group and Corporate Human Resources Division. He concurrently serves as an Independent Commissioner of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (2021-present), President Commissioner of ICBP (2015-present), Commissioner of PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk (2011-present), Chairman of the Steering Board of the Indonesian National Council for Social Welfare (2024-present), Honorary Board Member of the Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association (2023-present), Chairman of the Advisory Board to the Association of Philanthropy Indonesia (2021-present), Advisory Board Member at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2021-present), Advisory Board Member of PISAgro (2012-present) , Chair of the Supervisory Board at the Indonesian Nutrition Foundation for Food Fortifcation (2002-present), and Chairman of the Indonesian Flour Mills Association (2000-present). He was previously President Commissioner of the Surabaya Stock Exchange (2001-2007), Commissioner of ICBP (2009-2015), Vice President Director of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (2011-2021), Head of the Permanent Committee on Food Security at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2008-2021), Vice Chairman of the National Consumer Protection Agency (2009-2012), Advisory Board Member of the Indonesian Association of Food Technologists (2012-2014), Head of Food Security at the Employer’s Association of Indonesia (2013-2017), Chairman of the Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association (2014-2020), Executive Board Member of the National Committee for Governance Policy (2022-2024), and Member of the Food Experts Working Group of National Food Agency (2022-2023).

Mr. Welirang obtained a Higher National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from South Bank Polytechnic in London, UK in 1974.

He is related to Mr. Anthoni Salim and Mr. Axton Salim, who are Directors of the Company, and is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.
