Independent Commissioner
Mr. Sulaiman Arif Arianto, an Indonesian Citizen, was appointed as an Independent Commissioner based on the resolution of the AGM in 2023. Currently, Mr. Arianto is a founder of Islamic School Al-A'raf Persada Indonesia in Depok, the owner of a heavy-duty paper packaging PT Nugraha Aria Sadana, in Cikarang and the advisor of PT Royal Golden Eagle Jakarta.
He started his professional career in banking sector in 1983 at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk where he was appointed as a Director in 2006. From 2015 until 2020, he served as Vice President Director of PT Bank Mandiri.
Mr. Arianto earned his Bachelor Degree in Animal Husbandry from the Institut Pertanian Bogor in 1981 and Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, United States of America in 1991.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOC, BOD or substantial shareholder of the Company.
