Director
Mr. Thomas Tjhie, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as a Director based on the resolution of the AGM in 2004 with the latest reappointment in 2021. He supervises all financial operations of the Company and heads the Corporate Secretary Division. He concurrently serves as Director of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (2009-present), Non-Executive Director of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. (2006-present) and President Commissioner of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (2009-present). He was previously Director of PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (2007- 2014), Commissioner of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (2006-2009) and Director of PT Indomiwon Citra Inti (1993-2000), as well as Senior Executive of PT Kitadin Coal Mining (1990-1991).
Mr. Tjhie obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Perbanas Banking Institute in Jakarta in 1991.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOD, BOC or the substantial shareholder of the Company.
