Mr. Benny S. Santoso, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed a Commissioner of Indofood based on the resolution of the AGM in 2004 with the latest reappointment in 2024. He sits as member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (2015-present). He also serves as Vice President Director of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (2021-present), Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (2020-present), President Commissioner of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (2010-present), Commissioner of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (1992-present), Non-Executive Director of First Pacific Company Limited (2003-present), and as a member of the Advisory Board of PLDT Inc. He previously served as Director of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (1994-2021), President Commissioner of ICBP (2009-2015), PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk, and Commissioner of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk.

Mr. Santoso completed his education at Ngee Ann College in Singapore in 1981.

He has no affiliation with the members of the BOC or BOD, but is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.
