Joseph Hon Pong Ng

Commissioner

Mr. Joseph Hon Pong Ng, 56, a British Citizen, was appointed as a Commissioner of Indofood based on the resolution of the AGM in 2018. He concurrently serves as Executive Vice President Group Finance of First Pacific Company Limited (2002-present), and Director of Philex Mining Corporation (since January 2019) and PXP Energy Corporation (since March 2019). Previously, he was Commissioner of the Company (2001-2003), and Group Treasurer of First Pacific Group, among other senior finance positions held at First Pacific Group including Head of Finance for the regional telecom division and directorships for a number of telecom joint ventures in India, Indonesia and People Republic of China (1988-2002).

Mr. Ng obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in 1994 and a Professional Diploma in Accountancy in 1985 from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

He has no affiliation with the members of the BOC or BOD, but is affiliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder.
