Mr. Notariza Taher 56, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as an Independent Commissioner of Indofood based on the resolution of the AGM in 2025. He is concurrently an Audit Committee member of the Company (2024-present) and LSIP (2025-present), as well as Senior Advisor of Probus Advisory Pte., Ltd., since 2005.
He started his career in 1993 as Advisor to the Board of Director of PT Gobel International Corpora. He held several positions in PT Trimegah Securities Tbk as Manager in Underwriting Department (1994-1995), Head of Strategic Advisory Department (1995-1998), and Director of Investment Banking (1999-2005).
Mr. Taher obtained a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Indonesia in 1994.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOC, BOD or the substantial shareholder of the Company.
