Indofood Sukses Makmur’s Scholarship (BISMA)
Building Human Capital

Every year, Indofood provides scholarships for its employees’ children with outstanding achievements. Overall, more than 15,000 children of employees have received these scholarships, which were granted to elementary school students up to university students. Through this education assistance, Indofood aims to encourage the students, who are Indofood’s employees’ children, to develop their full potentials.

In collaboration with the Karya Salemba Empat Foundation, Indofood also provides scholarships for outstanding students with limited financial means at 11 reputable state universities in Indonesia. The recipients also received intensive training in 5 levels of integrated learning tasks at the Indofood Leadership Camp. The training aims to enhance creativity, build confidence, and embed discipline and nationalism. Each BISMA recipient also received the opportunity to learn about work systems, procedures and culture through on-the-job training and internship programs.
