Indofood Financial Results for The Period Ended 30 June 2025
Consolidated net sales increased 4% to Rp59.84 trillion
Income from operations slightly decreased to Rp11.69 trillion
Income for the period attributable to equity holders of the parent entity grew 51% to Rp5.84 trillion
 
Jakarta, 31 July 2025 – PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (“Indofood” or the “Company”) today announced its financial results for the period ended 30 June 2025. The Company posted a 4% growth in consolidated net sales to Rp59.84 trillion from Rp57.30 trillion in the same period last year.

 

Income from operations slightly decreased by 1% to Rp11.69 trillion from Rp11.75 trillion, and operating margin remained healthy at 19.5%. Income for the period attributable to equity holders of the parent entity grew 51% to Rp5.84 trillion from Rp3.85 trillion in the first semester last year mainly on lower unrealized forex loss arising from financing activities. Core profit, which reflects the underlying operating performance of the Company, increased 2% to Rp5.78 trillion from Rp5.67 trillion in the first semester last year.
 
Anthoni Salim, the President Director and Chief Executive Officer of Indofood, said: “In the first half of 2025, Indofood delivered consistent operational performance amid ongoing global volatility and soft consumer confidence. We remain focused on driving organic growth, while balancing market share with profitability and maintaining a healthy balance sheet.”
