INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR Affirms That INDOMIE Has Fully Met The Required Food Safety Standards

Jakarta, 12 September 2025 – Regarding the information related to the detection of ethylene oxide (“EtO”) in Indomie Soto Banjar Limau Kuit Flavour in Taiwan, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (“ICBP” or the “Company”) as a subsidiary of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk states as follows:

  1. All instant noodles produced by the Company in Indonesia are processed in compliance with the food safety standards set by Indonesian National Agency for Drug and Food Control (“BPOM RI”) and the Codex Standard for Instant Noodles. The Company’s instant noodles have received Indonesian National Standard certification (SNI), and are produced in certified production facilities based on International Standards ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 for Food Safety Management Systems.
  2. ICBP has been exporting instant noodle products to various countries around the world for over 30 years. The Company continuously ensures that all of its products comply with the food safety regulations and standards applicable in the countries where ICBP’s instant noodles are marketed.
