Jakarta, 19 November 2025 — Indomilk, the dairy brand from PT Indolakto (a subsidiary of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk), which has been trusted in Indonesia for over 50 years, concluded its 2025 educational series by inviting café and bakery operators to explore various dairy products and their derivatives in diverse coffee pairing creations. This initiative reinforces the role and position of Indomilk FnB Solutions: Your All-in-One Dairy from Coffee to Dessert as a one-stop dairy partner for cafés, bakeries, and MSMEs in Indonesia. Through continuous education on coffee pairing and creative home baking, Indomilk helps businesses create consistent, relevant, and easily replicable menus, while enhancing the customer experience and boosting business competitiveness from coffee to dessert with the support of a complete product portfolio, halal certification, and a national distribution network.

As cafes transform and consumer behavior begins to shift, cafes are no longer just places to drink coffee, but multi-occasion lifestyle hubs with all-day dining formats, amid increasingly blurred boundaries between coffee shops/cafes, bakeries, dessert bars, and restaurants. The concept of coffee pairing has become a relevant differentiator as it enriches the taste experience, extends customer visit duration, and increases transaction value. The practice is summarized in four pillars that are easy to execute and consistent in daily operations: casual dining, snacks, desserts, and beverage innovations so that shops or outlets can expand consumption moments without losing their brand identity. This commitment is realized through Indomilk Coffeepreneur, which over the past four years has hosted practical workshops, latte art sessions, mixology classes, and milk cupping events, reaching over 1,400 baristas across various cities. On the other hand, support for Home Bakepreneurs, both small-scale and micro-scale, is carried out in collaboration with baking ingredient stores and baking communities through the Indomilk Creative Bakers roadshow, which over the past four years has also inspired more than 5,000 practitioners across Indonesia.

Closing its 2025 education series, Indomilk participated in Jakarta Coffee Week (31 October–2 November 2025) and SIAL Interfood (12–15 November 2025), inviting café, bakery, and F&B operators to explore a variety of dairy products in coffee pairing menus. These events once again reaffirmed Indomilk FnB Solutions: Your All-in-One Dairy from Coffee to Dessert as a trusted partner for enhancing customer experiences and driving sales.
